Great location, somemeters from metro, and from the beach It´s very near to the place you take the van to the Christ and 5 minutes to the Sugar Loaf Local with extensive trade and good transport links in general. HOUSE RULES

1) You are in a residential building, respect the quiet hours (Silence law- 22:00 pm);

2) Do not throw toilet paper / absorbent / etc in the toilet, please use the bin provided

3) In this apartment, after the reservation, you have to send a list with the complete name and passport number of everyone that will stay there. Visitors are not alowed. If you want to invite someone you need to send the same informations, at least 48 hours in advance in order to receive the authorization from your host.

Please do not accommodate guests that are not registered, the booking can be cancelled, without any refund.

4) Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

5) Separate organic waste from recycling, exempting them in different trash bags;

6) Please do not use the social entrance and social elevator when you come from the beach or with any luggage; people dressed in bathing suits and without a shirt are not allowed in the common areas.

7) Always turn off the lights and turn off electrical equipment before leaving home, even for short periods (air conditioning, fans, washing machine, TV ...). If this requirement is not met, the owner can charge R$100.00 per day, from the security deposit.

8) Our check in is made at 14:00 hours and check out 11:00. We could cordially offer flexibility in these times if there is no check-in or check-out from other guests on the same day. If you want to guarantee your early check in or late check out, you can make payment of 50% of a daily rate in order for the apartment to be reserved for your use;

9) We provide 1 bed linen set with a blanket for each bed and 1 set of bath linen (face towel and bath towel) per guest. We change the bed linen and towels weekly. In periods smaller than 7 days we do not have this service included.

10) Our bed and bath linens are in perfect condition – please report to us if you find any in bad condition so we can change them / Please do not use the bath towel at the beach or at the pool / Beware of products that could damage them; It can be charged in your security deposit.
